Delivery
Christmas deliveries: please order by 09:00 on Thursday 19 December so we can get it to the post office in time.
We decorate all our chinaware by hand and fire it here on site, so orders may take up to three weeks to arrive. If you're in a hurry please call us on 0117 944 4540 to check availability.

We have a strong commitment to keeping things local. However, we recognise that it's not possible for everybody to collect items, so all orders are packaged carefully, and where possible in eco-friendly packaging.
Please note, international orders over 2kg in weight might show as not available. This is not true, it's the limitations of our ordering system. We can calculate shipping costs on these - you can email sales@prsc.org.uk with your order and location, then we'll put the order through manually with the correct delivery fees.

Returns
Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
We take great care to minimise damage to our china. Occasionally there are cases of a mug cracking within in the first few uses with boiling water. A hefty bash in transit before it gets to us, or in the post on the way to you can cause an undetectable hairline crack to form.
We are happy to replace your mug should you be unlucky. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
