Based on a delicate paper cut design by Rose Vickers, Relentless Optimism has become almost a mantra for Stokes Croft itself.

PRSC volunteers created a huge mural which was displayed in the East Tunnel of the Bear Pit at the bottom of Stokes Croft. Despite various assaults on the work, the message remained, and was repaired by passers-by.

The Artist: Rose Vickers

Rose Vickers, Jamaica Street artist, cuts the finest stencils. Recently she has focused her work on short phrases.

Want your print framed?

We offer handcrafted black frames in either A3 or A2 sizes, including fixings for hanging. All made onsite in our shared artist studio by Select Framing, it doesn't get much more local really!

Available to in person or Click & Collect customers only, we can frame while you wait.

Delivery and Returns

Christmas deliveries: please order by 09:00 on Thursday 19 December so we can get it to the post office in time.

We decorate all our chinaware by hand and fire it here on site, so orders may take up to three weeks to arrive. If you're in a hurry please call us on 0117 944 4540 to check availability.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £50, or FREE Click & Collect from our Stokes Croft shop.
